Since joining Arcuri Group in 2018, Mr. Meyer has led the company’s global growth and program development, helping establish the company as a trusted provider of situational awareness, risk mitigation, and professional training solutions.

Mr. Arcuri has coupled a decade of police service with years of providing capacity development and training programs in numerous nations. He served in an operational police capacity inside the United States as well as in destabilized environments around the world, delivering police services, training, and advisory support to police authorities. With this background and professional experience, he founded Arcuri Group LLC as a dedicated provider of life-skills training for individuals and organizations.

Mr. Powell is a retired U.S. Army Counterintelligence Special Agent and reconnaissance expert with more than twenty years of active service. He served throughout multiple combat zones, including Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria, in counterterrorism and special activities capacities. During stateside assignments, he conducted counterespionage investigations and antiterrorism operations with the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force. Mr. Powell worked as a singleton on numerous high-threat operations in both covert and clandestine environments and is a graduate of several advanced tactical and intelligence courses ranging from surveillance operations to signature reduction.
