Unauthorized use will be treated as infringement and pursued accordingly.
Participation in any Arcuri Group training does not grant instructor status, teaching rights, or authorization to deliver Arcuri Group programs. Completing a course and receiving a certification does not make you an Arcuri Group instructor. Arcuri Group Certified Instructors are approved only through a separate, formal, and rigorous certification process administered directly by Arcuri Group. Any individual or organization claiming instructor status without this credential is misrepresenting themselves.

Only officially recognized Arcuri Group training partners and instructors are authorized to deliver Arcuri Group training products, and only Arcuri Group is authorized to issue valid training credentials. There are individuals and companies who falsely claim affiliation with us — if you are unsure, do not proceed with any training until we verify their status.
If you have been approached by a trainer or organization claiming to represent Arcuri Group programs, contact us immediately at contact@arcurigroupllc.com. We will confirm whether the provider is listed in the Arcuri Group Certified Provider Index.
